Lutheran Women's Missionary League

This is the official women's organization of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod.

Immanuel's evening LWML meets in the church fellowship room five times a year (January, March, May, September, and November).  Meetings are always on the second Monday of the month at 7:00p.m.

Voluntary support of Mission projects, selected by delegates at conventions, are gathered through the use of Mite Boxes.

Our local society also designates a mission project for each meeting which may include local charities and/or gathering items for particular causes such as SHELTER or COLLEGE CARE PACKAGES.

Meetings include a program prepared by the Christian Growth Committee  which may include Bible studies or outside speakers.

All women are encouraged to come  for our fellowship, education, and the opportunity to "Serve the Lord with Gladness" which is the theme of Lutheran Women in Mission.
